Detailers Kit Bag (Detailing Kit Bag)
The Auto Finesse Detailers Kit Bag is made up of three compartments. The central compartment is the biggest and is large enough to store up to 10 Auto Finesse products from the 250ml bottles right up to the 1-Litre sizes. The compartment at the rear can house up to 4 waxes, and at the front is space for cloths, applicators and other detailing essentials. There is also a small zipper compartment on the rear face. The bag comes complete with sturdy zips, interlocking handles, and a gripper on the underside to hold it neatly in place in the boot of your car.
The "two faced" design hosts a large Auto Finesse logo print one side and a rubber badge the other.
At eMpower BSSC we want you to be totally happy with your AF purchase, however we know that sometimes you'll need to send an item back to us. Below are the terms for returning goods purchased online from Auto Finesse Canada.
You may return goods ordered online with us for a full refund up to 07 days from receipt of goods. Delivery and return carriage is nonrefundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.
Before returning your item(s) please contact us with your concerns and we will be happy to respond with 48 hours of your email.
No cancellations are entertained as all purchases are final. Please verify your order before completion, as once the order is complete it cannot be cancelled.
If you receive your items damaged, you must make our sales team aware as soon as possible and we will arrange a "return and replace" of the damaged goods. Simply pop the products back in the box they were delivered in and we will let you know what the next step would be via email for your convenience.
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund/replacement is then processed by our accounts department back onto your original payment method, the funds may take between 4-10 working days to arrive back in your account, this is due to the each bank clearing process. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
